Samsung Opens Door to the Future at Expo 2012 Yeosu

Samsung Pavilion to promote coexistence with nature through inspiring installations

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, Samsung Heavy Industries and Samsung SDI today open the Samsung Pavilion at Expo 2012 Yeosu, being held in Yeosu, Korea from May 12 through August 12.

One of the major attractions for visitors to the pavilion will be a visual performance incorporating the elements of light, wind and water. The performance includes a video shown on a large-screen that tells the story of a young girl’s journey to rediscover the earth’s beauty, and is intended to communicate Samsung’s strong determination to develop technologies that benefit both mankind and nature.

Another must-see element of Samsung Pavilion will be the eco-friendly exhibition space is in the form of waves. This space embodies the various efforts made by the three companies to protect earth’s environment.

The Samsung Pavilion will open its doors on May 12. The performance will be held 15 times a day and below would be the schedule;
